Ripe grapes growing in the McC vineyard

The Vineyard

The vineyard is treated as a living whole.

Organic cultivation, biodynamic principles and a patient relationship with the land in Erdevik.

Fruška Gora

A wine landscape between woodland, river and open sky.

The McC vineyard sits in Erdevik, on the slopes of Fruška Gora in northern Serbia.

The work begins with the vineyard as a connected environment: soil, vines, weather, insects, timing and human judgement. McC follows organic cultivation and draws on biodynamic principles in the way it thinks about that whole.

The result is not a claim of perfection. It is a commitment to work carefully with the conditions of the land and to let each growing year retain its own character.

02

Harvest

Fruit is gathered and moved from vineyard to winery with the focus on condition, timing and variety.

03

Make

Modern winery equipment supports a restrained, attentive process rather than becoming the story itself.

04

Wait

Selected wines develop in oak and bottle until time has done its share of the work.
